Looking Ahead...

Hey, I just wanted to take this time to thank you all for reading my blog. Its been an unexpected blessing for me to hear your comments and read your blogs. I couldn’t ask for cooler friends!

I also wanted to let you guys know of some exciting new things I have planned for a new focus. I’ve been working on some rather larg and deep issues that I think I will post such as Differences We Often Forget, The Reality of Love, Epistemological Ponderings, and The Scriptures vs. the New Interpretations. The last one is something I’m really excited about and lately I have stumbled into a ton of resources on it. So that one might take a few weeks to get through. I’d like to start post it some time around the release of the Da Vinci Code film in May.

As you can see, in between normal posts I’ve been quoting Scripture and other wise words. This too will continue as phrases from rarely used Scripture passages and little-known books and over-looked lyrics, jump out and grab my attention!

Oh yeah, and I’m going to try to continue to write a song every now and then. I have about ten that are halfway done but I‘m having trouble finishing them.

Now, some of you may have noticed that father Brown has been posting book reviews. Pretty nice, huh? Well, I got a great idea. I’m going to post music reviews! Music being one of my top interests, I’d like to work on my musical observance skills. I don’t buy new CD‘s too often, but nonetheless, I’m going to review all of the new music I get for 2006. I’ll discuss the creativity of the lyrics, the overall meaning of the song, and the originality of the melody and accompaniment. We’ll have to see how reviewing music goes and I might just have to borrow music throughout the year so I can have more to review. Soon I’ll be posting my first music review.
