Inside Out and Upside Down

This is the first "deep" song that I've writen. I was inspired to write it after noticing how diffent we are when we invite God into our every-day-lives. I have about five others right now but I don't have much time right now. Here it is:


With a brian-washed faith we jump into the sea
We think we'll swim our way to heaven and salvation we'll acheive
Why does everyone keep drowning
This concept I can't conceive
Then I grabbed onto a life line
And climbed aboard a boat called believe

And now I'm poppin inside out
My life is flippin upside down
What was once lost now I've found

What was logic now I'll doubt
What was whispered now I'll shout
What was fragile now is sound

With a proud striaght poise we're walking really tall
Without a person that we care about we think we're worth it all
Why are we always stuck by lighting
Now I'm on a constant fall
Then I listend to the thunder
Saying this ain't were you belong
